1. Introduction
Welcome to Westline Techlabs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These terms apply to all clients, visitors and collaborators who interact with Westline Techlabs in any capacity.
2. Services
Westline Techlabs provides creative and technology services including but not limited to logo design, graphic design, signage design, website development, mobile application development, video production, motion graphics, brand identity, social media management and AI-related services. All services are subject to availability and project scope agreement before commencement.
3. Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final files are delivered. Westline Techlabs reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received. Payment methods accepted include Mobile Money, bank transfer and other mutually agreed methods.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as communicated during the project brief. Revisions must stay within the original project scope. Requests that significantly alter the original brief or fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will always be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
5. Delivery & Timelines
Westline Techlabs commits to delivering work within the timelines agreed upon at the start of each project. Delays caused by the client — including late provision of required materials, feedback or approvals — will result in adjusted delivery dates. Westline Techlabs will not be held responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all final delivered files and designs. Westline Techlabs retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement. All source files, working documents and design assets remain the property of Westline Techlabs until full payment is received.
7. Confidentiality
Westline Techlabs respects the confidentiality of all client information shared during the course of a project. We do not share, sell or disclose client data, project details or business information to any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced. In cases where Westline Techlabs is unable to deliver a project due to circumstances on our end, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be considered at our discretion. All refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information required for the project. This includes brand assets, content, feedback and approvals. Westline Techlabs will not be held liable for errors in final deliverables resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
10. Collaborative Projects
Westline Techlabs is open to collaborative engagements with other creatives, agencies and businesses. All collaboration terms including scope, credit, revenue sharing and deliverables must be agreed upon in writing via email or documented WhatsApp communication before the collaboration begins.
11. Promotional Offers
All promotional pricing — including but not limited to the March 2026 Special — is time-limited and subject to availability. Westline Techlabs reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Bookings confirmed and deposited before the offer end date will honour the promotional rate.
12. Limitation of Liability
Westline Techlabs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
14. Changes to These Terms
Westline Techlabs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
